1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on the issuing institution.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. coolbet reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership — such as a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account details page — before approving a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not constitute a delay tactic. Accounts where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified may have withdrawal requests suspended pending further review.

Eligible Games: Not all games on the coolbet platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed towards fulfilling the requirement. 6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to:

7. Account Suspension & Closure
coolbet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. Suspension may also be applied pending the outcome of a KYC review, fraud investigation, or responsible gaming assessment.
Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your coolbet account at any time by contacting the 24/7 English live chat support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Once an account is closed at the player's request, it cannot be reopened for a minimum of 30 days.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from coolbet for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and 365 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. 8. Limitation of Liability
coolbet provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network disruptions, and circumstances outside coolbet's reasonable control — including power outages, mobile network congestion across Bangladeshi operators, or acts of God — may result in temporary service interruptions for which coolbet accepts no liability.
Game Outcomes: All casino games on the coolbet platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game provider. coolbet does not control, influence, or have advance knowledge of individual game outcomes. All betting and gaming outcomes are final once settled by the game engine or sportsbook system. coolbet accepts no liability for losses resulting from game outcomes, regardless of their magnitude.
Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that causes a game to be interrupted mid-round or a sports bet to be settled incorrectly, coolbet will investigate and, where possible, void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. coolbet is not liable for any additional losses, including anticipated winnings, arising from a technical error.
Third-Party Services: coolbet integrates with third-party game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), and other service partners. coolbet is not liable for any service failures, data breaches, or incorrect transaction processing that originate from these third-party systems, provided that coolbet has taken reasonable steps to select reputable and certified partners.
Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, coolbet's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their coolbet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
